Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction
Focused on developmental and academic goals.
Connecting to a diverse population, both in-person and online.
It’s an essential human skill — perhaps even an evolutionary imperative in our technology-driven world (Krueger, N. 2022).
Fostering creativity through art projects, music, cooking, hands-on learning, and more. I strive to boost motivation, engagment, emotional-intelligence, innovation, and individual talents within each child.
My academic and behavioral instruction is research-based. My college education as well as my former teaching career in public schools, has equipped me with this expertise. I infuse language, math, history, and science content into daily practices using various strategies and techniques.
The behavior of children is a major area of importance. I use a plethora of strategies and systems to develop manners, respect, kindness, and growth mindset.
Being active is essential to develop gross-motor skills and building necessary muscles in children. We strive to go outside at least once a day to connect with nature, nurture a love of sports, and to have fun. I facilitate various activities/games. For example, dancing, yoga, playing on the playground, hide-n-seek, and much more to get the body moving.
Meal-time and snacks are specifically planned to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. I believe in intuitive eating and filling the body with nutrient-dense foods that fuel the body and help it grow.
I enjoy crating kid-friendly meals so kids are happy to eat the foods given to them!
